Entrepreneur as we define him/her – is an individual who is not satisfied with the status quo and challenges this by taking action. Mostly people with vision, often passionate about what they do.

Entrepreneurship – in that respect is not the activity of making a business or ability to see opportunities to make money – it is a life style. A lifestyle where an individual takes a proactive approach to life. Where instead of seeing obstacles, he/she sees opportunities, instead of challenges – a learning opportunity or adventures.

Here at Nationwide Learning Enterprise academy we do not insist that this is the only right definition for entrepreneurship – but it does work very well for us, when searching for entrepreneurial behavior or entrepreneurial role models.

And hence now we have a clearer concept of what entrepreneurship is and in which forms it can appear we also have a better understanding of how we can generate entrepreneurial behavior within people. How we can empower people to embrace entrepreneurial lifestyle.

We think it is a shame when training companies, sometimes even entrepreneurial academies compile courses teaching negotiation and presentation techniques and call them entrepreneurial courses.

Entrepreneurship can not be taught in class room by reading lectures or giving tests. It is first of all a set of values and beliefs and secondly is a journey – where via continuous practice, trial and error, you find an entrepreneur within yourself.

Here at Nationwide Learning Enterprise Academy we’ve developed a methodology to simulate and speed up your journey, by providing activities and challenges to bring out the Entrepreneur in you. We also have an active “live” entrepreneurial business through which the participants can truly “experience” entrepreneurship and through this develop the core skills necessary for becoming a successful entrepreneur.
